Sportsbet Review

Sportsbet is a solid sports betting site that ticks all the boxes with their range of sport and markets. They have a full offering of minor sports and the majors and they offer some very competitive odds in their main competitions. They also have a good range of esports and smaller events. The one area that I found was lacking a bit was in their live event page speed and the ability to place an instant bet, especially with larger games like football and tennis.

In accordance with its NTRC licence conditions, Sportsbet must maintain a bank account that holds at least the total amount of all funds received by it from Members. This is monitored by the NTRC and audited regularly.

If a Member wishes to permit another individual access to their Account and secure Member Details, this must be approved by Sportsbet. This includes, but is not limited to, allowing children to bet on their behalf, corporate entities, family members and friends. If the approval is not granted, any bets placed by the authorised individual may be void.

In addition, if a Member is found to have an Account in more than one jurisdiction (including any self-excluded jurisdictions), any winnings will be withheld by Sportsbet. In order to be able to withdraw these funds, the Member must comply with the matters set out in Rules 1.4 and 1.5. In such circumstances, the Member’s Account may be suspended and proof of identification and banking facilities required prior to the withdrawal of any funds.
